I have one hourly employee plus myself and pay weekly. I use the basic payroll service and file all my own forms. It reminds you of the filing dates. It is very flexible and allows you to tailor it to your own needs. It was a lot cheaper online than in a store.

Using Quickbooks Payroll for paying our employees makes it an enjoyable experience. It's Fast & Easy to use. It has all the reports I need to know what our payroll taxes and other witholding expenses such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Supplemental Ins etc., are going to be for each payroll. Then when our accountant come's in to pay quarterly & yearend taxes everything matches up so all we need to do is print the forms and submit them. It could'nt be easier.

I like the product OK but to install it and start the service I ended up talking to 4 different people and it took over two and a half hours. That was quite aggravating.

I DO recommend Intuit QB Payroll. It's so easy to use. Used for 15+ years. Payroll does NOT need to be complicated. Very happy with the updates and explanations of new info. You'll be pleased.

This product is a time saver for figuring out tax tables, and all the required forms necessary for hiring employees. Takes the headache out of paperwork.

Before Using QuickBooks Payroll, I did my payroll manually. Using this product not only saves me time but I trust it to be accurate and keep me in line with taxes and everything that is related to my Payroll. The customer service is great. Anytime I've had a question I've been able to find the answer. ...

I'm in the book-selling business. I am not in the accounting business. That is why I appreciate Quicken so much. Quicken is simple, fast, and dependable, which frees me to do what I'm in business to do- sell books.

QuickBooks payroll makes it so easy to do our company payroll and a great time saver in preparation and submitting the required federal and state tax filings. It also gives me peace of mind with the automatic updates. I highly recommend QuickBooks Payroll.

I love the Quickbooks payroll edition it makes not only payroll but tax reports as simple as can be.

Have been using the payroll system for many years. Pays our employees and tracks all the material we need for our reports. Can't beat it.
