We have a business with 3 employees. Using QB Enhanced Payroll takes the guesswork out of calculating taxes and withholding. As much as I love the product, I won't ever buy direct from Intuit - price is just too dang high. Glad to see there are other resources for it.

I love using Quickbooks payroll. I'm not a numbers girl, but this software makes payroll simple and easy. I also like that you're notified about any updates that take place so that you're always working with the most current state and federal regs.

Just one error on my part would cost more than this software and at the Amazon price you can't do better.

The QB Enhanced Payroll is a bit pricey for a small business trying to make it in this big business world, but if you're like us and want to do things right, this program is a great help for those with limited business knowledge.

Your bookkeeper or payroll person plugs in the numbers, and the program calculates everything. It makes creating paychecks easy and organized. For a small fee, direct deposit is available for your employees. Emailing pay stubs is convenient, not too mention saves paper and postage costs.

The best part of the Enhanced version is the ability to create IRS acceptible tax forms and even electronically send them. You can also make electronic payments each quarter. This feature was the main reason we decided to purchase the QB Enhanced Payroll.

I highly recommend this product.

I have been pleased for the most part with the program. However, I personally have encountered a few glitches. My tax payment was randomly rejected by the IRS agency for a couple of weeks in a row. I had not changed anything. I made the payment myself directly at the EFTPS website with no problems. When I tried the e-pay feature again, it worked again. I have no explanation for the failure.

The Intuit Enhanced Payroll works great for our company. In the last 3 years we have grown from 4 employees to 30 (salary, hourly, and part-time). We recently went to direct deposit for our salaried employees. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star is that if there is a direct deposit issue, it is not quickly known to the employer...the employee usually knows before Intuit sends a message to the employer.

Intuit has no customer service. Period. Every time I called for any support I would wait up to 30 min. Reps are rude and have no clue how to help you. They lie and lie and lie again about their support and service. They are closed for any support after business hours and don't have 24X7 support. Their payroll service that integrates with Quick books is unreliable and very poor service overall. I would rather manually track all my accounts than use any of their products. Comcast and Intuit are champions of no customer service, constant price hikes, deceiving marketing and don't deserve anyone's business. I hope you think twice before buying any Intuit products. You will be left alone if you ever have an issue.

I really like the QB payroll system, especially the direct deposit. It makes the whole system so easy! If I had a complaint it would be with the payroll tax section. It can get a little confusing with little explanation. I would also love it if the tax forms section would start printing "portrait" on a page instead of "landscape."

I love it!! It does all my tax forms for me and I don't have to have my accountant do it. It lets me know when I need to pay my payroll taxes. It's Awesome!

My clients that use QuickBooks Enhanced Payroll have no complaints and I like the quick and easy Payroll Tax Reporting.
