3-User License

Imagine your business has three people (owner, office manager and payroll clerk) who need to access one QuickBooks file at the same time. I downloaded QuickBooks Premier from the website and was very pleased with the ease of the transaction. We are downgrading from QuickBooks Enterprise because our version was outdated and had some issues after my computer was attacked by a virus. QB Premier is easy to set up and use. It provides us with everything we need for our sales and accounting needs for our commercial flooring distribution business. This is the 3rd QB version I have used and I have loved each one. Very easy to use even for a non-accounting person.

My firm has been a QuickBooks user for many years. Each year, we seem to have a slightly different problem when upgrading. This year it was twofold. First, the server installation was very complicated and the instructions provided with the software are poorly done. Second, you have to get a "confirmation code" to finish the installation. This seems to be less about product security and more about creating an opportunity to sell you another Intuit service. The bad phone connection and the heavy accent only made the experience more frustrating. All I wanted was the code in order to get started.
