So I did some research on reviews before buying this product and it was mostly negative. Yet I still decided to try it out since the negative commentss never mentioned wheter or not they actually followed the dieting and exercise. I'm on day 3 and iver lost 2 pounds. So I'm very happy so far. I've only been exercising once a day for 30 min. And since before started taking the pills I was on a low carb diet I just stuck with the same one rather than the high carb and low carb days that the booklet suggests. NOW the biggest complaint I see the visits to the bathroom yes its true BUT..... TAKE LESS PILLS! Duh.... I started with 4 then 3 but now I'm only taking 2 cleanse pills at night and I fell as though I am comfortable with the amout of times I go to the bathroom on those 2 pills. So yes I would recommend it to people who will stick to a diet and exercise routine and not to those who think they are miracle pills.just remember don't take pills on an empty stomach.

this was not what i think it was good thing i was not working when i took this, i had stomach cramps if you want a good clean out then this is what you want but its not good for dieting. You gain the weight back anyways and end up with a sore butt.
