I was expecting much more information than I got. It was only an hour long with 12-15 subjects covered. A brief skimming, if you will. I found a couple of things helpful but all in all I had figured out most of what was went over on my own. This seems more geared to one who has very little computer experience- not just limited quickbooks knowledge. It does say beginner and it really means it! I gave it two stars because although it wasn't much use to me, the information was presented well enough and it gave a good idea of what can be done with the program.
