It does it's job well but it is hard to figure out at first and then since we only take a complete inventory every 6 months we forget how to do it and where we put the instructions. It can be complicated so we seem to need a refresher course every 6 mos. Also the batteries don't last the 6 months so each time we have to buy new batteries. It does work perfectly with QBP programs.

This scanner is simple to use and works great with Quickbooks. It is extremely fragile. A couple of drops from an employee and you will be buying another.
