This is a very nice item. Does exactly what I needed it to do. Have seen others ... but they were bulky and heavy. It makes a difference when you work for a long period of time with your arms above your head. Great job!

This window washer does a very good job but it is only 10 inches across instead of 12 as it was listed. When we contacted the supplier we were told they probably didn't make a 12" model.
