The power of ideas over materials,
By
This review is from: The Quicksilver Screen (Mass Market Paperback)
This is one of my favorite books. The main plot device is that you can't travel between dimensions but you can receive their television programming. So what you think? You can't trade resources so what good is it? This is a book about the power of ideas and possibilities. After all, half the battle in any change whether it's finding a cure for polio or formenting revolution is KNOWING that it's possible.I think Don Debrant is a very underated author. I've read all his books and enjoyed each one. Give an unknown a break - and yourself a treat - and find yourself a copy of The Quicksilver Screen.

Rebel Without A Clue,
By A Customer
This review is from: The Quicksilver Screen (Mass Market Paperback)
What is this book about? A multiplicity of themes, each only weakly supported, and character motivations are trivialized. Not engaging in the least
