I purchased this through the Amazon download system. I downloaded the file, followed the steps to install, but it keeps saying it wasn't installed correctly (yes, I have downloaded other programs through Amazon and haven't had a single problem). I removed it, downloaded it again, installed it, but again....it won't install correctly. I tried this 4 times! Yes, I would like a refund, because without the CD-Rom to install it I'm thinking I'll keep having this problem, because I can't try to install it the only other way I think will work (this is from their own Guide):

Please follow the directions below to install and run Business Card Maker Pro.
Installing Business Card Maker Pro

Please use the following instructions to install Business Card Maker Pro.

Insert the Business Card Maker Pro CD-ROM into your drive.
Autorun should begin automatically. If not, use the following instructions:
Click on Start.
Choose "Run...".
Click "Browse".
Navigate to the drive you inserted the CD-ROM into.
Double-click on the file "setup.exe".
Follow the prompts in the on-screen installer.

I can't do this or any of their other helps to get it to work!
