Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased this through the Amazon download system. I downloaded the file, followed the steps to install, but it keeps saying it wasn't installed correctly (yes, I have downloaded other programs through Amazon and haven't had a single problem). I removed it, downloaded it again, installed it, but again....it won't install correctly. I tried this 4 times! Yes, I would like a refund, because without the CD-Rom to install it I'm thinking I'll keep having this problem, because I can't try to install it the only other way I think will work (this is from their own Guide):

Double-click on the file "setup.exe".
Follow the prompts in the on-screen installer.
I can't do this or any of their other helps to get it to work!
