Ive been trying to lose those last ten stubborn pounds, but hit a plateau for awhile now. I tried the cabbage soup diet in the past and it worked but just couldnt get myself to do it again. I thought I was going to starve to death. So I decided on a cleanse. I didnt want to use it for "cleansing" purposes b/c I dont believe in that stuff. I did hope it would jump start a weight loss for me though. I was going to try the lemonade detox but couldnt get past the putrid cayenne pepper smell. So I settled on Quick Trim. Was very excited when I bought it. Tasted like Tang to me. Did not suppress my appetite at all, but figured I could deal for 2 days. I followed the directions exactly. I was starving but managed to do it. I finished last night and woke up to losing a whopping .5 lbs. Not even a whole pound. So I dont know if its my body type or if the product sucks, but I definately cant see how you would ever lose 2 sizes in 2 days. So much for jump starting my metabolism. Wasted my money:(

I started taking this (along with the QuicktTrim extreme burn pills) on Friday. By Sunday I had lost 4 pounds and felt wonderful and it was a great product to jump start my diet plan. I normally exercise daily though, but I had hit a "slack period" for a few months and gained 12 unwanted pounds. I did eat right during this (no fattening foods, no soda, no sugar, etc.) - I also had 3 meals a day (like Special K cereal, Lean Cuisine meals, and grilled chicken and veggies) and I worked out an hour and a half every day too (can't expect to have any results with any diet plan without working out - sometimes people forget that and expect miracles..). But I'm very pleased with this product and I love the extreme burn pills. Great stuff in my opinion!

This product caused extreme dehydration, dizziness, headache and increaed heart rate which brought on a pnick attack by the end of the day. Whatever is in this product is not healthy at all. Just becuase it is advertised as natural does not mean that it doesn't have side effects!

fast cleanse
doesnt really work that good. gives you gas thats about it. helps curve appetite some. might need more of it for it to work correctly.
