Don't buy this edition. The binding is horrible. I no sooner opened this book, BRAND NEW, than it began falling apart.

3.0 out of 5 stars great illustrations - poor editing, May 24, 2006
Dore's illustrations are fabulous and clearly reproduced, which is the reason I'm ordering this edition, however this book has an unbelievable number of typos which can be confusing to a student of Spanish.
As for the illustrations, Dore managed to capture the emotion and humor of the story in each drawing. They are too good to miss.
