We have only positive things to say about this stand. We purchased it plenty of time before Christmas, but as life goes, it didn't come out of the box until Christmas Eve, as we were setting up the tree. My husband commented on how quick and easily it was constructed and it has since been given the durability test. We are very pleased with it's sturdiness and stability. Yamaha 300 keyboard fit perfectly and was able to be installed correctly. Another highpoint. Not only is the stand height and width adjustable, but it slants back away from the knees to prevent the pianist from bumping into it all the time, and to prevent it from being top heavy or wobbly. I have seen X style stands that I wouldn't give a second glance, but the design of this product is sound.

Recently purchased a used electronic keyboard and quickly discovered we needed a stand for it. A quick on-line search led me to this. The price is right, it seems very sturdy and was so easy to assemble that my wife did it while I finished eating dinner and I only had to offer a couple of suggestions from the sidelines. It comes w/bolts to attach the keyboard. It doesn't get in the way of your knees like many people complain about with the X stands.

I bought a keyboard for my 9 and 12 year olds for Christmas and soon realized I needed a stand. The Z shape works well for their heights and is compact so it doesn't jut out into the room. When I need to move it, it is light and sturdy so it moves without any problem. It was a little tricky to get the screws to line up and catch on the keyboard but I finally got it working. I would recommend this stand for the casual home user that wants a good value for the price.

I reviewed several types of keyboard stands before purchasing this one because I thought it would take up less space and look better than the other ones. It's unfortunate that it's just a stand to rest your keyboard on and nothing else. It doesn't custom fit the keyboard. It may be better than the other keyboard stands since it seems more stable than the other ones. Also, the way it slants keeps the stand out of leg's way.

Reviewing this stand is difficult, to say the least. For starters, it's the only stand I could find online after a week of searching, that had positive reviews, and was within a reasonable price range. The stand seems very well built, however the fastening screws that are meant to secure the piano to the stand, are not long enough for the Yamaha YPT-210 (They do not reach the recessed threading on the underside of the piano). The reason I did not score this is a perfect 5/5, is due to the stand's weight and obtrusiveness. I stub my feet into it quite frequently (yes, I'm a clutz, and that shouldn't detract from the score much) and the stand weighs 13 lbs, making it a little bit more difficult to transport than I'd like. So hopefully this review is helpful to anyone looking - I had one hell of a time finding an alternative. Although not perfect, this is the best stand for the value.

Took less than 2 min to set up and sturdy,I have a 61 key boardand it fit it perfectly .The width can be changed too.

I bought this for a Casio T483 and it works perfectly - a huge improvement over the flimsy stand that came with our keyboard. Very solid and sturdy. It comes mostly assembled - and what little bit you need to do on your own is a breeze. LOVE THIS!!!

I bought this not knowing if my keyboard's holes would line up with the stand - they didn't. No matter though; I just set my 8-octave keyboard on top (there are rubber strips to pad) and it's fine. My cat's have even jumped on the set up and it didn't even wiggle.

The best aspects of this stand is its low price and simple setup. It is heavier than expected, which is also good, and this adds to its sturdiness and resistance to tip-over.

Easy to put together.. Tad on the heavy side.. think I would of gotten a lighter one for home only use. this would be great for stage. But for home. it seems a tad high from my piano bench, even on its lowest setting.
