The bag overall is great. I use it everyday and the only problems i have dealt with in my month of usage are that the "quicksilver" trademark pin seems to be falling off. Second, the strap seems to have been sewn incorrectly since it's tangled and no matter how many times i spin it one or the other way it won't untangle. There is one more thing, the inside big pocket zipper seems to get stuck every now and then, but with a few nudges it works. All in all i recommend it, it's fashionable, many convenient pockets and a handle. In case your shoulder tends to hurt often.
