Twelve vintage British quilts are pictured in color, followed by a version of the quilt as interpreted by a contemporary quilter. Minimal instruction for the beginning quilter, but an experienced quilter will enjoy creating their own reproduction quilt, whether traditional or contemporary, as a result of this book. I purchased this book along with the book Quilt Treasures of Great Britain, which is a terrific companion book.
