You mean I can't give this 10 stars!,

This review is from: Quilting for People Who Still Don't Have Time to Quilt (#4183) (Paperback)
This book is INCREDIBLE! The projects are so beautiful, and they are really easy. But you would never know just by looking at them. So you can really impress people when you make these! I am still a beginner, and this should have been my first book. I kept buying book after book to try to figure out how to do the binding on my quilt. None of them explained it very well. But this one did! It also gave great tips for machine quilting and piecing. You do have to own a sewing machine to use this book or you will never be able to do all the strip piecing. I'm just really surprised that I found a book that had so many quilts I actually wanted to make. I like these because they are very symmetrical and coordinated. I don't really care for quilts that are fancy designs and every block is different patterns. I like these, made up of strips and squares to make complicated-looking but easy to make quilts. And they are all so differnet! How she came up with all these combinations, I don't know! You will not be able to put this book down! I think it is a very worthwhile purchase. I also like the way she wrote it. I have a couple of quilt books where the author may make nice quilts, but can't write a book at all. So this one was a great addition to my library.

This book is sure to become a classic among all books on the subject. The instructions are clear and accurate - easy enough for even a first-time quiltmaker to follow. The many color pictures throughout the book will inspire you to want to make a quilt in every single pattern!

Sipmle srtaight forward instructions, but not lacking in inspiration for us beginers. I liked it enough to buy a second one for my daughter when she decided to start quilting.

this book fascinated me as I was a working Mom with little time, but wanted to quilt. Patterns went together quickly, tips helped me get organized, suprised how I could accomplish a finished product so quickly. Recommend this for anyone who is busy, but wants to quilt.

My "Go-to" quilt book,
This review is from: Quilting for People Who Still Don't Have Time to Quilt (#4183) (Paperback)
I found the predessor to this book (Quilting for People Who Don't Have Time to Quilt)and it got me started quilting 15 years ago. This book was a wonderful update- many of the same quilts and ideas, but more variations included now in full color. So many years and so many quilt books later, this is the one I come back to over and over again. I credit this book with my laid back, no-stress, "quilting should be fun" attitude. If someone said "I'm taking all your quilt books, you can keep one", there would be no hesitation- this I would keep.
