Great selection of patterns for children's quilts! I had to shrink down the pattern I wanted to use for a crib quilt, but the book was worth every penny! The quilt was adorable, and everyone at the shower, including mom to be loved it!

The faces on the animals are so cute! Simple piecing with chunky applique make these quick, fun and delightful! This book has been a favorite among all my friends making baby gifts this year.

This had great patterns and very cute designs. This author has a flower quilt book also that I loved!

I'm already a fan of Kim Schaefer's cute and whimsical designs, and this book doesn't disappoint. Most of the applique consists of large shapes, and there really is nothing fiddly or intimidating about any of the projects. There are six different collections in the book - Moon and Stars; Cars, Buses, Trucks and Trains; Starfish and Friends; Zoo Parade (on the cover); Somebunny Loves Me; and Counting Sheep. Each collection consists of many different projects. A quilt, a security blanket, a bib, a wall or doorknob hanging, and either a pillow or growth chart. If you're in a hurry, just make a bib or two, or a security blanket and a door hanger. Or if you're really ambitious or an early planner, make the whole collection for the new baby. This book is easily adaptable, simple to follow, and full of cuteness. Great for any baby gifting occasion!

This is a really cute book. I love almost all the designs, and the fact that each "set" comes with a crib quilt design and then options for bibs, growth charts, decorative pillows, security blankies, or whatever. I haven't tried any of the projects yet, so I can't rate how well they work out.

The only drawback is that I had kind of hoped, I think, for more pages and more projects. I believe other reviewers mentioned that there are just a few "themes" overall - I would have liked more themes! That said, though, these are cute and I can definitely use this book!

Love the book. There are about 5 or 6 themes. I like all of them except one and I think if it was in a different color scheme I wouldn't mind it. The applique's are large pieces so they're easy to do even for a beginner like me. I'm working on the sheep growth chart and this is only the second time I've appliqued and I'm having no trouble with it. I looked all over trying to find cute patterns for growth charts and the two in this book are adorable and just what I was looking for (you can see them on the front and back cover). I also bought her quilt book that is flower themed (I don't remember exactly which one). I like that book too but not as much as this one.

I bought the E-Book version and much to my disappointment most of the applique patterns aren't included. It still has instructions and pictures of what it should look like put together, and the quilts are cute, but I bought the book because I wanted the applique patterns.

I've enjoyed this book. I'm currently making a darling giraffe growth chart for my grandsons.

There are so many cute patterns within this book. I am in the process of completing the quilt pattern on the cover. It's so cute! The book explains everything very well and has pictures to provide examples. I don't remember how many patterns there are but, within each group of patterns there are accessories that you can make to go with the quilts.

I used this book to create a quilt for my baby goddaughter. The directions were easy, and I am not a quilting superstar, and the blanket came out beautiful!!!
I had so much fun creating the cute animal faces!
Worth every penny!!!!
