About the Author
Priscilla Mills is a life coach and business consultant. Ms Mills performed life coaching and consulting services for Injured Workers within the California Worker s Compensation Program. Approximately seventy percent of her clients were from the Latino Community. They shared their heart-felt stories of hardships and their desire to make sure their children had a better life than they did. Ms. Mills continually received feedback og how she helped them find self empowerment and a new purpose in life. They wanted to share what they learned from Ms. Mills with their family especially with their daughters as they were celebrating their right of passage as a Quinceanera on her 15th or 16th birthday. And thus Ms. Mills wrote Quinceanera Connection. Ms. Mills is a graduate of Harvard Business School, OPM program, where she focused on entrepreneurial operations. She attended New York City College and U.C.L.A. She was the founder and C.E.O. of a multi-state Inventory Management Company for over 15 years. She has been elected to many non profit boards including: Harvard Business School Alumni Association of Southern California, Harvard Business School Alumni Board, Singing Earth Foundation, and The Organization of Bilingual Rehabilitation Associates. Ms. Mills' focus in life has always been giving back to the community and beyond.
