This powerful CD is one of the best smoking cessation tools I have ever seen. When I first "Quit Smart" I was feeling symptoms of withdrawal. Not only does this CD help to thoroughly relax you, but it helps reinforce and maintain your decision to not smoke.
I could not recommend a product more highly.

i thought it was never gonna happen, but i finally did quit smoking!! all thanks to the awesome work of robert shipley - not only did i quit smoking, but also i gained a lot of new respect for my body and for myself - thanks!!

Great cd it really does make you not want to smoke or eat garbage extremely relaxing. Honestly this is one of the best stop smoking hypnosis cds. I bought it even though it did not have a lot of reviews I am glad I did.
