i started smoking when i was 13, and tryed to quit many times. When i was 29 i found dr. robert shipley book and hypnosis cd and cigarette substitute, and i finally stopped smoking! it's been more than a year now and i feel so much better, not only physically but also mentaly. Since i proved myself that i can do something as hard as quitting smoking, i feel i can do anything i want if i really try to. Thank you dr. robert!!
