Great Product
I've only had it for a couple of days but it's as advertised and just what I was looking for. The 20 minute length is perfect for a workout on the cardioglide or elliptical and the music helps make exercise bearable. No, I haven't stopped yet but I'm working on it!

Made me eat at night, a LOT
I listened to this for 3 nights and each of those three nights I would doze off only to walk up shortly before it was over with overwhelming feelings of hunger / desire to eat.
