I am of the opinion that much of the Rosle line is overpriced. Their products are always of high quality, but many times, they do not work any better than utensils you can buy at Walmart. However, this is an example of how Rosle got it right. The whisk is very sturdy and easy to employ. And it incorporates lots of air into whipped cream and egg whites.

In the past, I used el cheapo whisks that tended to rust out and were never substantial enough to work very well. Never again.

Wow! this is one tough balloon whisk. Made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel with a satin finished handle and a ring for hanging. This big, strong whisk and beater is tough to beat. I paid a lot and I got a lot with this one. These whisks are recommended by Cook's Illustrated and they are right. The 10.6 inch one is equally as good and I am going to get the flat whisk also. I really like these Rosle whisks, built to last and they continue to look good use after use. If you are going to pay that much money you want it to not only do the job but look good and that's what you get with these whisks. I try to take care of my cookware by thoroughly hand washing them and thoroughly hand drying them to keep them looking good and lasting longer.

This may look like a normal, everyday, whisk to the average Joe or Joette, but NO WAY my friends!!!
This whisk has a super grip that allows even the "less than nimble fingered" to slosh and wallop the toughest of batters. I find my obsession for the best of cooking utensils satisfied from this superior culinary tool and proclaim the truth as to it's mix o matic work ethic. Please, do yourself and your family a favor. Buy this Whisk. Life will never be the same, in, or out of the kitchen.

We bought this because Cooks Illistrated tested it and said it was the best. I can say that it is the best whisk we have ever had. Very firm and doesnt feel weak. If i ever have to buy another whisk i would be this again.

I really like this whisk but do have one quibble. The handle is too short by at least an inch. It's fine for my wife but it is annoying to me.

This whisk\beater is great. I didn't realize what a HUGE difference a good beater makes in really getting air into whatever lovely batter or concoction you are whipping together. The constructions is great, the handle is solid and thick enough that you don't end up cramping on any task where you need to really whisk for an extended period. The tines are solid too, they keep shape as they should and hold up to thin or thick batters quite well. Cooks Illustrated really nailed this one when labeled this their best whisk. I won't buy anything else now and recommend it to all our family and friends who love to cook.

After having balloon whisks that bend because they are too light and flimsy or are too heavy, this one is fabulous. It has the strength to whisk my heavier crepe batter, while still being light enough for me to comfortable finish whisking a meringue.

My cheap whisk had to be 20 years old and I could no longer re-bend the loops into position to make it fit into a drawer. We just re-built the kitchen and I decided to "shower" myself with some new tools. I got onto Cooks Illustrated to look at equipment reviews and they highly recommended this one even though it was relatively expensive. Cooks Illustrated was right. This one is worth every penny. It is sturdy and has a lot of loops that make it much quicker to whip eggs, cream, etc. Love it!
