5.0 out of 5 stars this album will definately re-populate the world
IT'S JUST SUCH A GREAT ALBUM, I THINK THAT EVERY- ONE SHOULD BUY IT AND KEEP IT WITH THEIR (GET IT ON) MUSIC.

2.0 out of 5 stars Nowhere as good as "12-Play".
Listeners!--It would be better to get a new copy of R. Kelly's "12-Play" than to get this. This is obviously bloated, bombastic retail baiting. I personally liked him better when he was with Public Annoucement.

This review is from: R. [Edited Version] (Audio CD)
First of all, R.Kelly is my favorite male artist of all time. Second,in this Awesome Double Album he shows more than ever his way to sing: R&B, Slow Jams, Ballads, Hip-Hop, Jazz, and ether Flamenco; Speaking English,French, and a little Spanish. There are pleny of great music here. My favorites are: Home Alone, If Im with you, Half on a Baby, When a Woman Fed Up, Get Up on a
Room, One Man, We Ride(With Camron,Noreaga,Vegas Cats and Jay-Z),
Dont Put Me Out, Etcetera,Turn Back the Hands of Time,V.I.P.,
Did You Ever Think, Reality,Looking for Love,IM YOUR ANGEL
(Duet with Celine Dion), Money Makes The World( With Nas),AND
THE 3-TIME GRAMMY WINNER, I BELIEVE I CAN FLY. The Only tracks
that I consider FILLERS was:#6,#7 and the Flamenco Song #10.
Still a Strong and Great Double CD to haved in the R.Kelly
Collection.SO GO AND BUY IT!.

5.0 out of 5 stars The R., November 3, 2000
This review is from: R. [Edited Version] (Audio CD)
R Kelly is constantly improving his art as is clearly evident in his growing inventory of projects. R. has not only displayed R Kelly's versatility but has also revealed how dynamic an artist he is. The R. is irrefutably a musical genius.

4.0 out of 5 stars A Must Buy!!!, December 5, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: R. [Edited Version] (Audio CD)
It has definitely been a long time coming for this new R. Kelly creation. I must say it's been worth the wait. This two CD collection satisfies the needs of every listener. It combines up tempo tracks with talented MCs like Jay-Z, Noreaga, and Foxy; but it also fulfills the needs of those who just want to hear a couple of smooth ballads--Don't Put Me Out and Etcetera are two of my favorites.

I think what makes this CD so great is its originality. It's like no other CD you've ever heard before. It showcases R. Kelly's musical gift and lets the listener be a part of that for a couple of hours.

I must say, however, that Disc #1 seems to surpass Disc #2 in terms of entertainment value. I often find myself forgetting that he's even created two CDs. In any case, they are both wonderful and worth every dollar.

4.0 out of 5 stars a Very,Very,Very Good Disc by the Music King, August 15, 2005
This review is from: R. [Edited Version] (Audio CD)
the Most Versatile&Greatest Musican overall that I have Ever Heard. there are Great Writers,Arrangers,Producers,Musicians,singers,Conceptionalists,etc.... but very, very few people have ever been able to come even half way close at blending as many things as R.kelly. this Double Disc Set is His "Songs in the Key of Love". R.kelly blends R&B,Pop,Hip-Hop,Gospel,Blues,Opera,etc...&makes it all as One.R.kelly is the Musical Genius of Our time.who else can have Celine Dion&Jay Z on the same Album&Make it all work? no one else but the "R" could pull it off. I Believe I Can Fly,If I Could turn back the hands of time, when a Woman's Fed Up,Home Alone all those Cuts are different&Showcase the Veresatility of R.Kelly's Genius. most Artists at best have 1-2 styles,R.Kelly has about 5 which he can Beat you with.R.Kelly makes it all look so easy. 29 tracks&the Man just keeps on rolling.

5.0 out of 5 stars Not a rap fan....yet, September 2, 2001

This review is from: R. [Edited Version] (Audio CD)
This white girl has a lot of soul but didn't think it was a genre I could enter. R. Kelly is pure funk and a pleasure I should have been into a long time ago. Thanks, R. I needed that!

5.0 out of 5 stars Better Each Time, September 29, 2000

With R. Kelly, you know that the newest release will always superscede those before it. Each CD has always proven to be greater than the last. R. Kelly is one artist who has proven that he has what music needs: versatility. He has been my favorite artist since he arrived on the music scene with Public Announcement.

I especially like "Home Alone" with Keith Murray!! That is awesome!! There isn't much more to say about it except that it is awesome and anyone who likes R&B should go buy it!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars A TALENTED YOUNG BLACK AND GIFTED MAN!!!!, November 19, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: R. [Edited Version] (Audio CD)
There aren't enough words that can express R. Kelly's talent. The creator "THE LORD" blessed him with the max. When I hear he has a new album without even listening to it, I know it will be the bomb.. He is talented just like "Babyface" They both sing from the heart and not from words written just on paper.Without them there is no telling where that kind of music would be these days!!!God Bless Them Both!!!Keep it up...
