Contains an infusion of Aloe Vera, Maple, Milkmaids, Star Jasmine, Tiare, Chrome Tourmaline, Chromium, Emerald, Morganite, Rose Quartz and Aldebaran. (Preserved in alcohol.)
Directions
Essences should be taken away from food; three to seven drops at a time a minimum four times a day and held under the tongue for thirty seconds or so. While the essences can be used more often than this, four times a day is the recommended dosage frequency. Or, add four drops to a teaspoon of water, or mix with a small amount of juice, or a glass of water and sip slowly.

However, when several of the essences are taken over a period of time, they become very effective accelerators for personal development. They are agents for change and change in a very positive and uplifting way.
Essences have been used for healing by many cultures over thousands of years. More recently, Dr. Edward Bach in England is credited with the modern development of flower essence therapy. During the 1930's Dr. Bach pioneered techniques for creating flower essences that contained the life-force energy released from flowers at the peak of their bloom cycle. More recently, the work of Machelle Small Wright and Bjorn Nordenstrom has shown that essences "balance, stabilize and repair" the body's electrical system. The electrical system is related to and governs all the other systems of the body, so when we can strengthen it, the whole body benefits.
Each of our unique essences is designed to help you focus on a particular area for personal development. Each contains a unique combination of flower, stone and element infusion to encourage a particular change.
The effects of R-Garden Essences are usually perceived gradually over a period of 2 to 4 weeks but may require consumption of one or more bottles before noticeable results are seen. While the changes are subtle, sometimes they can be quite profound over time. Gradually as you consume the essence, you experience more of the characteristic of that essence.
