Format: Paperback
An excellent overview of the Dwyer Group's Code of Values. The elements of the Dwyer Code of Values are similar to the B-Line fundamental princlples that we established during my tenure there. Dina Dwyer illustrates with real life stories and examples of how the Code was developed, how it is lived and how it underpins everything they do. A great book for inspiration and balance."

If someone like Bill Gates of Microsoft or Ray Kroc of McDonalds franchise fame offered you their personal secrets to managing and expanding a successful company, would you listen? What if they could do it in 85 pages that were actually fun and entertaining to read? Dina Dwyer-Owens, CEO of The Dwyer Group, does exactly this in Live R.I.C.H. As the Production manager of an expanding SEO and online Marketing company I have found this to be no less than an insider's play book for how to create core values for your company that will put you head and shoulders above your competition.

Well, as the daughter of a victim of one of The Dwyer Group's brands, I can tell you for a fact that we have never been on the receiving end of these "Code of Values" that the author proclaims is at the core of her company and its associated brands. It would be an excellent idea if an organization was interested in actually choosing to implement these stated values. Unfortunately, The Dwyer Group and its associated brands don't appear to be interested in their implementation but rather just their marketing because the marketing brings in profit. The Dwyer Group and its associated brands advertise that they implement these "Code of Values, but it simply isn't reality! I have been a direct recipient and a witness of their absence. We are not the only ones who have learned that the advertised promises of The Dwyer Group and its associated brands can't be expected, especially because in some cases a partial refund would be the only right thing to do...Proof of violating the "Code of Values" that is supposed to be intertwined throughout The Dwyer Group and its associated brands is online through people's public accounts.

Code of Values:

"listening with the intent to understand what is being said and acknowledging that what is said is important to the speaker." -- That didn't happen when interacting, with get this, the corporate president of one of their brands. She interrupted me and talked over me.

"communicating honestly and with purpose" -- That didn't happen when interacting the corporate president of one of their brands. She told me she got my Mother's email and then told my Mother she didn't get it.

"making our best effort to understand and appreciate the customers' needs in every situation.
