The Magic Mushroom Band's follow-up to 'Re-Hash' {see my review} and a bit better - at least I thought so. 'RU Spaced Out 2' more than proves this UK ensemble to be in a more of a trance / ambient direction. Tunes here that's sure to lure you in are "Remember Our Future", their tasteful cover of Hawkwind's "Hurry on Sundown", the power pop number "Herbs And Spice" and "Thought Train". Also, the synth-strong ballad "Life Is So Strange" is a nice addition to this compilation.
