Program does what it is supposed to do, has a non-standard interface but is easy to use once past the learning curve. I gave it three stars for lack of technical support for this rather expensive program. Could not find the install disk when I replaced my old pc and tried to install rack2filer on the new pc. Now have to buy another copy. WARNING: Be sure you don't lose the original install disk that you get when you purchase the program, as you will be expected to buy another copy of the program. ocked to a full working version like 99% of the other program that I use, you are sent an install disk when you purchase the full working version. So don't lose this disk, I was told by tech support that Fujitsu does not replace lost cd's and I would have to buy the program again.

Poor Support,

Product does as advertised, but don't ever let your computer crash. My HP tx1000 crashed twice, requiring new motherboard and erasing hard drive each time. Couldn't activate the product after the second install. When I explained the situation to tech support, I was told I had used up my allotted activations and would need to buy new program. They were not willing to help any further. I still have original disk, just can't activate the product w/o shelling out another $180. Now that sucks! So I'd recommend it as long as you are sure your computer will never crash more than once.

Works great for my application where I use the scanner to scan certain textbooks I use for my training then I organize with Rack 2. Never had a problem. Used a visual binder system to help keep track of your digital files. Simple and easy to use.Use with both my Fujitsu S 500 scanner and my C Pen hand scanner.
