As the owner of multiple GPS products with factory mounts, the RAM Mounting System Flat Surface Mount for the Garmin 60csx is far superior than anything I've encountered. The mount was very easy to assemble and mount on the windshield of my truck. There is no shaking/vibration of the mount. The material is high quality, rugged, and very sturdy. My 60csx fits in the mount securely and is very easy to remove. In closing, the Ram Mounting System is well worth the money.

This mount is solid and easy to install. I'm using the setup for my Polaris Ranger RZR for off-road use and believe me, it's seeing a fair share if abuse. The cradle holds my Garmin 60CSx very well and I'm not even the least concerning of it falling out. In fact, it takes a little effort to eject the GPS from the cradle, which I like. The Ram pedestal is more than enough to hold this display steady. I would recommend this mount to anyone looking for a safe grip on their GPS device.

Excellent product. Well built. Just what I needed to mount my Garmin 60 CSX in my Polaris RZR. It was easy to install and holds the 60 securely even while traveling down the toughest trails.

The RAM surface mount i got for my snowmobile GPS works great. Holds my Garmin 60csx in firmly and never lets go even in -10 degree sledding conditions.

This product is so much better than the mount that we bought at Garmin. It went on easily and keeps the GPS from vibrating as we are going down the road. Attaching it to the dash is far more efficient than attaching it to the windshield. A great product.

This is a wonderful mount for the Garmin 60cx that I use, it will also work with the 60csx. I have little doubt it will stay secure on my windshield, and would highly recommend this unit. I now have over 750 miles of use, highway and offroad in my beloved Jeep without any problem, not to mention it is fully adjustable. Reciept time was great as usual from Amazon. Good job Amazon..

I have to say this is a second order as the first one fooled me with the comment of "any flat surface", the part they left out was a windshield. Buyer beware. Good thing I trusted Amazon as they handled the return with a full refund including shipping.. Great job Amazon!! I will continue to be loyal customer given the level of service you provide. I purchased this for use in my boat, a Tracker Targa. It was simple to install and provides a rock solid, vibration free mount. It is prefect for what I am using it for, and I highly recommend it.

RAM has done it again! This mount is a perfect fit for the 60CSX, and holds it firmly in place, even while on my motorcycle! I find that I must use both hands to place the unit in the mount or remove it from the mount. But I don't consider that an issue since we all want a mount that is tight, strong, and one that securely holds our expensive GPS unit. Nothing about the mount obstructs any view or control of the 60CSX, and the RAM system allows for viewing at the angle that suits the situation the best. I swap the unit and the mount from motorcycle to truck and vice versa. I already had RAM ball mounts on my motorcycle, so there was nothing to install to start enjoying the versatility of this mount on my two wheeler. The unit is held to the mount by the belt-clip ring that is attached to the top-rear of the 60CSX. This design seems to work well and hold the unit firmly in place. No matter what type of mounting system you use, always use some kind of safety tether on your 60CSX just in case things go wrong. I would recommend this mount.

Great mount. Purchased to mount in a boat and since purchased additional adapter plates for use on ATV's and in my truck. Excellent construction, holds unit more securely than the Garmin mount it was replacing.

Well thought out and sturdily built, this does hold my GPS very well. It holds the GPS snugly, too snugly it seems, at least until you get the knack of how the GPS was designed to be removed, with distortion of the plastic to release it. I am quite pleased with both its design and function.
