Shirley Fine Lee holds a degree in Business Administration. She began her formal training as a facilitator in 1992. She has facilitated many different types of meetings including: vision/mission/goal planning, problem solving, process mapping, change initiatives, reorganization, and quality improvement. Shirley Lee started delivering classes and seminars on meeting management to individuals, teams, and organizations in 1994. She spends most of her professional time developing productivity tools, presenting workshops, facilitating team building and meetings, as well as writing. Shirley considers this fun too. If you are new to facilitating meetings, this book is a must read! Everything you need in a concise very usable book. Even for folks in the business for 20 years, there are simple new ideas you will want to implement in your meetings, such as including the meeting type in your meeting request. I used information in this book to help instill discipline within my own organization. Hope you will find the concepts as beneficial as I did.

Every business professional is involved in meetings so every business professional can benefit from this easy to use book. My meetings showed immediate improvement when I implemented the practical and on target ideas. The forms are great.
