Raynox Wide Angle Lens Review
I recently purchased an Aiptek Action HD GVS I use to video my fishing adventures on the river with. One of my fellow kayakers suggested I purchase this lens to attach to my camera so it would give me a better field of view on my videos. It easily clips to the camera lens area and gives a good focused picture. You do however have to set your camera to "Macro Mode". No...

The QC series are not compatible with HD cameras.
I bought this lenses but had to return it back. My HD camcorder refused to focus with this lenses on. All that I could obtain was a blurry image. I was informed later by manufactrure's Customer Support the QC series are not compatible with HD cameras.

I recently purchased an Aiptek Action HD GVS I use to video my fishing adventures on the river with. It easily clips to the camera lens area and gives a good focused picture. You do however have to set your camera to "Macro Mode". No zooming allowed. It would be nice if it had a safety strap connection so if the lens gets knocked off, it doesn't fall to the ground of in the water. I'm very satisfied with my purchase though!

For how simple and cheap this lens is, it works great! If you have to film in close quarters or get some close up shots that include your whole subject, you absolutely need this. Just press the two buttons on the side, attach the lens to your camera lens and let go, the clamps hold it much tighter than you'd expect.
