My mistake - I got one....,

I got one and was very disappointed. The sound is not so clear. The graphics are very poor. I put a DVD with 4.2 GB in many sub-directories and there is no option in the touch-screen panel to move between directories.The LANZAR customer service and support are poor. After calling they send me to a voice-recorded machine for many times. After all I could talk to a guy from the support group, also send email and there is no real answer. I am still waiting for the GPS missing maps (The SD card came empty). Also, the bluetooth accept only on phone and some times lose paring....You need to make the paring again.. The manuals are like semi-professional. I do not recommend to anyone. |
