When I got the spider, it turned out to be the wrong one. It was not the red and grey model but instead was the Uncle Milton model. I finally got that problem taken care of with a partial rebate. Finally, I get to play with the spider. Wrong!! The spider wouldn't go in a straight line. It would turn but straight ahead, no way. I then emailed the Uncle Milton company to see what could be done about the difficulty. I got an automated reply which said that they would contact me in seven to ten working days. That was six weeks ago and I still as yet haveo to hear from them. I am one unhappy customer.
