Enjoy a crisp picture regardless of where you sit in the room with this RCA 20-inch stereo TV. Outfitted with a TruFlat picture tube, which reduces peripheral screen reflections and glare by more than 60 percent compared to standard tubes, viewers can see the screen clearly from straight ahead or far off to the side. Further clarity stems from the Dynamic Blackstretch circuitry, which enhances and extends the black levels in the picture to provide even greater detail, along with the adjustable temperature control (with the choice of cool, normal, and warm). The video options combine to make DVD movies and traditional TV programming come alive.

The TV also excels from an audio perspective, with a front-fired, full-range stereo speaker system that provides excellent imaging while localizing the voices at the screen. Viewers will also appreciate the onscreen channel labeling, which lets the user customize the names of up to 70 channels (with up to six characters and three numerals each). The channel labels will appear on the screen for six seconds, then disappear. Parents, meanwhile, will delight in the KidPass parental control, which keeps teens and younger kids from watching too much TV. A parent merely determines how many hours of TV they want to allow per day (up to 16 hours), then enters the password. The KidPass function lets parents control the viewing habits of their children over a seven-day period--perfect when leaving the kids with the grandparents for a much-needed break.

Additional features include auto channel search and commercial skip; a multilingual onscreen display (in English, French, and Spanish); a programmable sleep timer; and front-panel A/V inputs for quickly connecting a game console or camcorder. The TV, which measures 20.75 by 19.75 by 19.25 inches (W x H x D), comes with a premium remote control with VCR and DVD remote options. I just got this RCA tv like 2 months ago. I got it for my office , so i can watch tv while on the computer. This tv has a awesome picture, for a tv under 200.00.The flat screen on this set delivers sharp pictures.It also has stereo sound, and sounds ok for sports or mtv. I recomend this to anyone that needs a nice and cheap 20 inch television!!
