i just bought a RCA TV/DVD combo after my VCR/TV combo mess up on me. I heard that TV/DVD combos never mess up. I love this box it shows great color and good surround sounds. It took me a while to get use-to everything like how to do my settings. I had to turn it on DVD mode but not have a DVD in it just to go to TV Display to set how I want my DVDs to show which in fullscreen not widescreen. This TV can get confusion sometimes cause theirs too much you have to do in order to hear both speakers play you have to set it that way.
