We have owned this television for one month and have been very happy. It replaced an old RCA 20" that we had for 16.5 years. It has a very clear picture. Shop around for the best price. It is a good value.

I really like this TV. I am a female senior citizen living in the country with no access to cable, and satellite does not have the local news, which is a high priority for me. I was able to set this up by myself, and now get all 5 major networks plus three sub-channel broadcasts, just from my antenna. I live over 50 miles from the broadcasting towers, so did have to upgrade my antenna to a "high-gain, parabolic, UHF antenna" which was not expensive (about $50 with shipping), in order to get them. But if you live close there are cheaper options, and it is sure better than paying a monthly bill for those of us on fixed incomes. The picture is excellent, and adjustable, the sound is good but does sometimes get louder all by itself!!, I haven't watched a lot of DVD's because that isn't what I bought it for, but those I did watch seemed to be of good quality, but I am not a connisuer, so can't give an educated opinion on this. It can also be used as a computer monitor. I think it is a superb value for the price, and being able to have digital TV is impotant since we will be losing analog broadcasts next year. I give it 4.5 stars.

The TV and DVD work fine, no problems. Good picture. The sound is fine also. It's a bedroom TV so the built in DVD player is nice even though I would not normally buy a combination unit.

It takes longer than my old analog set to switch channels and that's bothersome but my son has a Toshiba and it does the same thing.

The DVD player is a nice feature for playing my grandson's purchased DVDs. However, the DVD's sound is distorted at times playing a family reunion DVD-R created on my Mac Pro IDVD software. The reunion DVD-R does not sound distorted when played in the van's DVD or home JVC DVD/VCR. I'm currently troubleshooting this problem.

A nice tv for the bedroom, as the screen is not too big and easily fits on my nightstand at 26". (You can also mount it on the wall if you purchase the mounting kit, which is separate.) Picture quality is good and sound is very good. The dvd player takes up no extra space and is located on the back right hand corner behind the screen, which makes it easy to load. Very easy to hook up to cable box, computer, hdtv, or any other medium. The only problem I had with installation was in finding the electrical outlet to plug it in! (There is nothing in the directions to indicate where the jack is on the back of the set and you have to really look hard to find it.) Other than that, the tv screen features four different viewing options, "zoom," "wide screen", "regular", and "cinema" and also readily apapted for use with my cable remote without any additional programming. All in all, a good quality, reasonably priced hdtv.

I have owned this TV a few months. The sound quality was never very good but now is is terrible. It deteriorates as the TV plays until after about an hour it is just a buzz. I kept this TV connected to a surge supressor and have not abused it. This thing only had a 90 day labor warranty so now I'm stuck with a $600 door stop unless I spend big money to have it fixed. I contacted RCA but they were no help. I should have run when I saw that short warranty but I thought RCA made quality products and I wouldn't have any problems. Lesson learned.

I have owned this TV for a few days and picked it up on e.bay for half the cost on Amazon ($369.00) No complaints at this price.

Unit bought in 3/07 as a birthday gift and not even 2 years old stopped working.
No video output just audio from the tuner and the built-in DVD player. Screen is pink with a floating blue bar across the panel. RCA wants $150 + shipping to send it in for an out of warranty exchange. Sounds like screwopolis to me.

This is a great TV for the price. Nice picture (obviously not terrific but nice) and convenient with the DVD player right inside. Great for the kids room because it takes up less space.

Tengo este TV hace dos años, tiene una imagen excelente y el precio es bastante bueno, además que tiene DVD es muy practico. La unica cosa que me estorba un poco es que cuando cambias los canales dura mucho mientras pasa al otro canal es un poco lento, pero son cosas que te acostumbras y tambien que no tiene el boton para regresar al canal anterior. Por lo demas me gusta bastante.
