I paid $60 for this useless item. It works for five minutes at a time and then you have to adjust it to get reception again. Save your money. Buy rabbit ears. I was also giving a ridiculous run around when I called R.C.A. customer service. Everyone I spoke with told me to call someone else, no one would help me. I left messages and no one called me back. I would NEVER buy R.C.A. again.

Contrary to the poor reviews, this thing works great for me. I was unable to get one of my local stations with the antennas available at Lowe's and Home Depot, and since I had an RCA converter box, I tried this RCA smart antenna. For my situation, it did exactly what I needed. Too bad it isn't made any more. After I found it effective, I bought the remaining two. I can't find any others available, even on eBay.

Don't bother ordering this antenna. You'll never receive it, and Amazon's customer service is useless. I've been waiting for over one month.
