This 16.9-by-11.1-by-6-inch unit plays VHS tapes on a built-in 5.6-inch LCD viewing panel that delivers a high-contrast picture even under outdoor lighting conditions. The LCD screen substantially reduces both the overall weight and size of the product for travel and vehicle convenience, while a new lightweight thin-screen panel produces distinctive full-color, edge-to-edge images. For use in any vehicle's rear seat while the vehicle is in operation, the player's carry-along design allows a secure placement in vehicles using standard rear-seat lap belts. It meets UL/CUL safety standards and has a complete UL-approved safety design from front to back. All audio video cables on the unit, including headphone jacks, exit conveniently behind the view screen, preventing terminal plugs from facing viewers. The new cross-handle design allows virtually all rear-center seat belts to be lapped through the unit, positioning it for a more secure ride.
The player features stereo audio and video input and output terminals to allow game units, camcorders, and other devices to be connected and pass signals through to the built-in speakers or the two sets of stereo headphone jacks. An expansion output allows for the addition of a second optional LCD viewing screen with audio. In addition, it has standard audio and video outputs for easy playback through larger TVs with AV inputs. The unit only provides two-head mono VHS playback, and does not record. It includes a car-cigarette-lighter power adapter, AC cord, storage compartment, built-in handle, and convenient upright standing ability for storage, and has a one-year limited warranty.

This product works great, with the folding screen and carry handle it is very portable. It would have been nice if the storage area where the cords are carried was big enough to store a VHS tape. It is ideal for someone for instance a sales person, to take with them on presentation calls.
