The DSA8900H is an 18-by-20-inch elliptical DIRECTV multisatellite dish with integrated triple-LNB multiswitch for use in a DIRECTV system with up to two additional DIRECTV receivers (for a total of three receivers). If you have an existing dual-LNB DIRECTV system, you can replace your current dish with this one to extend your system to a third room if you also purchase a third receiver.

With this dish antenna, users will have access to over 225 channels of DIRECTV programming with incredible digital quality picture and digital quality audio. Integrated Triple LNB provides incredible flexibility in DIRECTV programming selection (programming sold separately). The integrated 5x4 multi-switch allows up to 4 receivers to operate independently. Built-in bubble level in the mast assists while installing unit. Access to high-definition programming on DIRECTV, access to DIRECTV PARA TODOS and access to local channels by subscription in select markets.

If you're looking for a multi-satellite dish for DirecTV (only) High Definition, this is the best 'bang-for-the-buck'. The 5x4 multi-switch is built into the head of the triple LNB's. This makes it less versatile than other similar products, but it's compact; picks up all three satellites at 101, 110, and 119; and easy to install. Rugged build and... cheaper than other multi-sat dishes.

Signed up for DTV in May 2008. Receivers include built in DVRs. This eliptical dish, mounted on a tripod in my backyard produced the same results as the round dish DTV installed on my roof.
