I'm not an expert, but I know the picture on this TV looks as good or better than any of the high dollar screens I've looked at in various stores. We had a small HDTV in the living room and decided to go up in size a little. When this thing arrived I was afraid I might have gone too far on the width, but it fit. The picture is great wheither we are sitting in relciners straight in front of the screen at 10-12 feet or at an angle from the couch at around 8 feet. The TV was well protected in this huge box when it arrived and setup was simple. I am very satisied with my purchase and believe I have a quality product that cost a great deal less than many of the 1080p LCD TV's that I looked at.

I had a very positive experience in ordering this product. I love my new TV and will use amazon.com again. It was shipped quickly and I had no trouble setting it up. The quality is excellent!

This is my first HDTV. I have never ordered a TV over the internet. I was worried about shipping damage. Product had no damage. Installation was a breeze. TV works fantastic. It is not an highest end TV, but for the price I paid, it's a winner. I recommend this TV to anybody.

This TV looks great. I was wanting a gloss bezel but when I got the TV up and mounted on the wall, I have to say non gloss is a better choice (less visual distraction when watching movies). The sound from this TV is also very astonishing. I am 100% satisfied with this product.

I purchased this product on November 26,2009 from Amazon.com. The picture quality is not too bad. It does flicker every once and awhile, but it is not that horrible. However, the picture quality would be poor if you do not have HD. The TV worked for us until last week. The picture went out and now the TV will not turn back on. The customer service number on the warranty does not work, it has been busy for the past 3 days. After contacting Amazon, they provided me with addl numbers to try. I called this morning and spoke to someone (who could not speak english) explained to me that I have to fax the bill of sale and call back on Monday. I think this part is going to be a real headache. Overall, we got the TV under $600 which was a great deal at the time, but I would not purchase it again or recommend it to you. TV's are suppose to last at least 4 years not only four months. I only gave it one star because of the fact that it does not work. When it was in working order, I would of gave it three. I would stay away from this item.
