after three people going through every RCA code in the booklet, and all the way to put the code in, it still didnst work, i ended up going to best buy, and it didnt even let me return it, dont get the remote, and i thinking i wouldnt even get anything from the company,

Remote does a lot, but is bulky. And the annoying thing is that the remote keeps losing its programming for certain stored devices. It is easy to reprogram, but sometimes it is as often as daily. Very annoying!
