Touch the "cook by weight" button to enter the weight of meat accurately; the oven automatically sets the cooking time and power level. Defrost by weight offers programmed defrosting based on the weight of the foods to be defrosted, while speed defrost automatically divides the defrosting time into periods of alternating defrost and stand times by cycling on and off. The microwave also provides a removable, glass, 10-5/8-inch turntable for even heating and a menu-action screen that displays the cooking time, power, indicators, and present time.
