Absolutely HORRIBLE!,
This review is from: RCA RP2527 MP3 Personal CD Player w/ Car Kit - Blue (Electronics)
This CD player is absolutely horrible. It constantly skips. I can't even listen to a full song without it skipping. NOT A GOOD CD PLAYER.

I opened up my new RCA CD Player after my Panasonic died (got several years out of that one) and hoping it'd be an improvement. IT SUCKED!!! THe sound quality was terrible and it skipped constantly (jumped to random tracks in the middle of songs). I changed the batteries a few times (even went from my usual nickel-metal hydride to some old fashioned alkaline) and no improvement. Don't waste your money. It's crap.

I haven't had the thing where it tried to eat CDs, but mine (also the red version, also bought at WalMart) gets upset if I try to run full-sized mp3 disks on it. It takes the 210M CDs with no problem, though, and since that's mostly what I listen to it's not a problem.
The battery lasts a fairly long time, too. If you're looking for a low-price mp3 CD player I'd reccommend it. |
