I was really excited to recive this MP3 player however the software it came with isnt comnpatiable with Vista OS so I am aat a loss here.....

Very happy with this product. Easy to use. Instructions are not much help but it is easy enough to figure out.

not worth getting,

Started out fine with this...but as the months went by it got worse and worse. Now the sound is terrible. Not too happy with it. Doing research now on purchasing another. Have had this since Dec. 2009...only 8 months of use.
