They are very sturdy and look great.

I have a front load washer on one and it gets a real workout but the unit is very strong and shows no sign of wear and tear.

Not worth making a phone call or returning; obviously the fault of UPS, not the packaging engineer.

I have two of these pedestals and highly recommend them. They are very easy to assemble and David even has a video on line showing you how to build them. I have a front load washer on one and it gets a real workout but the unit is very strong and shows no sign of wear and tear. My wife loves the large drawers and the raised height of her washer and dryer units. At half the price of the name manufacturers pedestals it's a real steal. I give this product five out of five stars.

Instructions were very poor. I had to dismantle once and guess on what the instructions were trying to say. The measuring for the leg pods is difficult.
I would not recommend buying this.

When this product arrived I was concerned at how much assembly it needed. Also I didn't realize it was made of particle board. However, the directions and the YouTube video were great and we assembled both units in under an hour. They are very sturdy and look great. This is the best priced pedestals out there.

I bought two of these pedestals and I love them. I could not bring myself to pay $200~$300 ea. for the "name brand" pedestals that match my machine. These are nothing short of perfect. They are very rugged and are easy to assemble but you might need some help getting your washer/dryer up onto the units. Great price, Great quality. And the drawer for storage is what makes this an A+ buy.

This pedestal is also well designed and reasonably priced. Relatively easy to assemble. It was too tall for our laundry room, so I had to cut off about 2" from the bottom and move the 'bolts'. Not a problem with the pedestal, just our laundry room.

I purchased two of these pedestals and assembled both of them while watching TV in my living room in under 1.5 hours. The instructions are very clear and written by somebody that actually speaks English, which is more than I can say about most things that "require assembly" these days. I laid the parts out on the floor and it was pretty obvious which parts were which without even looking at the directions. I can't imagine needing to watch the video, but it is there if you need it. The only tool you really need is a medium sized Philips screwdriver and a small hammer. An cordless drill makes driving the screws a little quicker...just don't overtorque.

The product is well packaged, but despite extra protective cardboard in the corners, there was still some light damage to corners of the pedestal on one piece in each box. Not worth making a phone call or returning; obviously the fault of UPS, not the packaging engineer.

The only reason I didn't rate this product with 5 starts is that the drawer assembly requires too much force to open/close. I'm going to put some lithium grease on the tracks to see if that helps. They are still functional but my wife thinks they pull "too hard".

Other than those minor things, this is a great product. So glad I didn't waste money on a pedestal from the washer/dryer manufacturer.

The quality of materials is cheap. Over priced. Was not satisfied with our purchase of the washer & dryer pedestal.
