I bought this for my 8 year old shi tzu so we could take her places and we planned on taking her on a huge trip. she fit perfectly in it. I liked that i could lift the hood so she didnt feel trapped and you could unhook it from the stroller and tie the bed down in the car for a car seat. then the stroller part would fold up and could be thrown in the back of the car. my dog didnt mind riding around at all and rarely jumped out. the sides and front have pockets to keep her toys in. then by the handle there are cup holders for when you are going for a run or walk outside. these are usually allowed into stores with the hood closed.

I love the compactness and versatility of this stroller. However, the construction of the front snap and side zippers is flimsy. All that holds the front panel closed is a snap, like on a pocketbook! My cat came back from a grooming visit and wanted to get home already. As soon as he saw that we were in the hallway of our building, he pushed the snap with the top of his head and it easily gave way and broke. He bolted out of the stroller! I was able to catch him, but then had to hold him between my knees while I quickly put my packages in the stroller and had to then push the stroller with one hand and hold my cat in the other arm. We were both freaked out by the time we got up the elevator and safely back in our apartment. I live in NYC. If he had broken out of this stroller in the street, he could have gotten run over by a car! Now I have to go to a shoe/leather repair place and have them fashion a heavy duty closing mechanism if I ever intend on using this stroller again. The price of this stroller was very reasonable, and now I know why. It's just not safe.

I would have given them 0 stars, but that's not possible. I ordered the red stroller that was pictured, got an email that it was not available and offered a navy blue one. I said yes and received a pink one! Then they adamantly refused to ship the blue one until I returned the pink one even though I explained to everyone from day one that the dog was having surgery and would be lame. I walk my other healthy dog daily and she sits by the door and cries if she can't come with us so I needed the stroller and could not wait a week for them to reship the correct one. I ended up filing complaints with Amazon and the BBB in their area after they stopped comunicating and was eventually issued a refund. All I wanted was a stroller that wouldn't get filthy in the Wintery snow, slush and mud (the pink one is a very light color pink)! This stroller and several other similar models are available on Amazon. Do yourself a favor and find one that is not sold by this company or a seller by the name of DEF (pampered pets).

i think this item is great its not too big not too small convieniant not heavy i love the convieniance of aking my pet her and there and not have to worry about her getting salt on her paws and crying in the winter.. its awesome. i think it is cute too where she can sit and just look as we stroll along the streets and shes confortable.. and she loves going in her bye bye bag she jumps right in and off we go...;-))

Our scotty has mobility issues with both his back legs and can't walk long distances. But he misses the park and so this allows us to bring him there conveniently...

I don't know if anyone else that bought this product has had this problem, but the front wheels have a mind of their own. And they don't roll properly at all. So the only real purpose this product is going to serve for me is that it will make a great cat carrier for when we have to take our cat to the vet. Otherwise the stroller part is really not all that useful unless you just want to spend your time struggling with this as you walk or take your pets to crowded places that you don't want them to get stepped on. I orinigally bought this for my two small dogs but my Maltese can push her head right through the velcored closure in the front until it opens and she jumps out. My cat doesn't like going bye bye so when we take him places he will be more than happy to just curl up in the carrier part of this and hide. I will also try to use it for my new Chihuahua puppy as a car seat so it's not a told loss. I ordered a different stroller that I'm hoping will be alot more functional as a stroller than this one turn out to be.
