The deal with most economy pedals is not that they are really bad quality, but assembled poorly. I am overall elated with these pedals. What you have to do is immediately repack the bearings as soon as you get them. This is the only problem with them. They have little grease in them from the factory and "grind" when you spin them. Repack and you have some absolutely awesome quality pedals for the money. The ones I bought have replaceable pins. Niagara Cycle is a great company to deal with. I have to admit, originally the pic/description was for the wrong version, but Niagara Cycle made it right and were very prompt and professional. I will order from them again and again.

I bought these for 2 different mountain bikes in both the black and silver. Very durable if you are just a regular biker, like me. If you're training for the Tour de France or the X Games, you wouldn't even be considering these anyway.

Good but not a lot of grip so better not if on serious MTBiking. Bearings are tight so you can either rebuilt or let some good lubricant percolate overnight. Good looking and really light. Same product costs $2 more than on amazon including shipping...can't beat front door delivery!
