Ordered two braille watches (Reizen) for my granddaughters. When I removed them from the packaging, I found 1)Neither(!!) watch was working 2)there were no operating instructions for us to give the girls 3)No local jeweler would touch them. 4)I contacted customer support and I had to pay for the call!! That was adding insult to injury. 5)Now I will have to pay exhorbitant shipping fees to see that my precious granddaughters get the watches they want in time for Christmas, PLUS I have to pay to send the watches back!! Very poor quality control. Every order should be checked BEFORE leaving the company.I will NEVER order from this company again.
