True body-mind changes happen when you take simple actions on a daily basis, and it also doesn't mean that you have to give up your favorite treats or activities forever. Balance is the key. In other words, it's your new, holistically-friendly habits that help you to achieve your health goals and feel amazing.

My background is Holistic Health and Healing. I am certified in holistic nutrition, aromatherapy, reiki (II level) and massage therapy. As a seeker, I continue to learn and investigate. My passion for holistic wellness and self-growth also led me to study NLP (neuro-linguistic programming), hypnosis, relaxation, homeopathy, alkaline diet and advanced personal development - something that is currently the core of all my programs, books, and coaching. Health forms part of personal development. No amount of smoothies will help if you are not willing to dig deep. This is what I call the real holistic approach- healthy mind, body, and spirit. It's not only about herbs and recipes. It's mostly about your own mindset.

I believe in regular achievement in all areas of life, and my mission is to do the best I can to serve my readers, clients, and basically the whole world by creating content that can help them to solve specific problems that I have also experienced myself and struggled with for years, such as how to have more energy, how to get motivated, how to lose weight, get fit, release anxiety, feel more focused, and so on. Everything I write about I also practice myself. While I admit that I am not a perfect guru, I am definitely a do-ro. If I can pass my experience, learning, and knowledge on to just twenty people and they in turn teach others, I would be a happy woman.

"Okay Marta, but aren't you just another weight loss/dieting author? What is this alkaline thing all about?" I hear you ask.

If you take a look at my Amazon bookshelf, you will notice that I am a big advocate of alkaline foods and lifestyle, but I wouldn't define myself as a person who tells others to go on a strict diet. You see, it's not about dieting - it's about lifestyle, and this is what my alkaline books are all about. Eating more alkaline foods has really helped me to improve my health dramatically, and I am very passionate about sharing my knowledge with other people.

Thanks to the alkaline way of eating and living (combined with other natural practices like homeopathy) I was able to fight off uveitis attacks - a severe eye disease. I feel really grateful that I was given an opportunity to see this amazing world and it was a wakeup call to me. My disease made me realize I had to be honest with myself. I thought I was healthy, I thought I knew it all. But I didn't. I had to become a Holistic Warrior and learn to fight for my health and wellness. Now I am here to show you how you can do it too.
It's not about eating less, it's about eating right.

I believe that we are all different and we all have unique styles of living and eating, which is why there is no preaching in my books. Instead, you will find more than enough information, inspiration, and motivation to create your own path. I encourage my readers to take lots of action, but do it from a position of self-love and confidence - it's not about perfection. I always say that you can achieve more success in health (and other areas of life) when you aim to be just 70-80% awesome and 20-30% relaxed. Being a victim of emotional eating and binge eating myself, I believe that it's not about dieting, but about a sustainable lifestyle that works for you. In all my books, aside from the actual information, I provide you with simple motivational tips so that you can stay on track, and even if you get off it, there will be no judgment.

After all, it's not about perfection, but progress - and nothing is set in stone. Take what you like and reject the rest - my books will offer you full guidance on how to do just that and how to combine the alkaline diet and lifestyle with other nutritional choices you may have chosen for yourself and your family. The author shares her story of transformation and how she found life to be much more fulfilling once she began to utilize the anti-stress solutions she shares in this book. While it is not a long book, she manages to cut through all of the extensive fluff and get right to what will get you the results you are seeking today.

The book begins with an overview of the following - she touches on each subject just enough that you understand what these terms mean.

Connecting / Conversation
Energy Work

I think for someone not familiar with the above, that she provides enough that anyone will understand how each work and the benefits you can come to expect.

After the introduction, she delves into each chapters with full explanations of each technique/remedy and it's benefit with photographs to accompany some of the descriptions. When you have an understanding of your own body and stress level or type, I feel you will intuitively know what will work best for you.

Each chapter is designed to give you instruction and a guide to follow on your own healing path. While she states she is not a doctor, the recommendations and suggestions she makes in this book can help anyone who uses them lower their stress and regain a sense of wellness in their lives.

I used to read long 800+ page books to get some of the same information and I am so happy the author presents it so clearly and yet thoroughly that you can literally get started on your road to stress-free wellness the very same day!

I originally gave the author a 3 star review on an earlier vesion of the book with some suggestions to improve the book.
I am not a hater but simply wanted to help put out a better product.
The author took my critique to heart instead of being defensive and made a huge
improvement in her book. This book is now a solid 5 stars.

The author added appropriate warnings throughout the book. She stuck to just what
she experienced. She acknowledged that these therapies have not been through the Scientific Method
but that does not mean that the therapies are worthless . She warns against charlatans who are
self appointed experts and only care about money.

She does a good scholarly job of giving the reader a good solid overview of natural remedies. More importantly
she acknowledges traditional medicine and gives holistic therapies as an adjunct to modern medicine. She also
now gives pics to illustrate which are very helpful and make for a more solid book.

I recommend this new and improved book wholeheartedly and say Kudos maam for taking constructive criticism in the
way that I meant it. You have made a better product that you surely should be proud of..

Anxiety is a scourge of our time. People living with anxiety do not live healthily. But there are solutions. Eight solutions for treating anxiety are well presented in this book. I recommend this book.

It is refreshing to read a book that support the tremendous healing and ongoing health maintenance/benefits of homeopathic treatments. Look My wife is an MS sufferer and although she is being treated with a drug called Tysabri, she has also consulted a homeopathic professional that has outlined a treatment plan that is safe and complements and enhances the benefits she is deriving from her mediation.

The Author in my opinion is spot on with her analysis of natural remedies and how one can easily begin to alleviate just about any condition, even anxiety with a safe and natural plan of attack. For me, all of my vitamins are natural and I must add that Bee Pollen and Royal Jelly also alleviate nervousness and anxiety. It also improves mood and keeps you health even when others are ill with colds, flu, etc. Glad I got this book and I recommend it to anyone. Read it, you will not be sorry.

Great guide on how to treat anxiety without the use of prescription drugs! Anxiety is a real problem and nowadays it seems like doctors want to mask the problem with drugs rather than deal with finding the root of the problem. Marta does a great job of going into why some people suffer from this. She gives great techniques and suggestions on how to relax your mind through meditation and offers natural alternatives to prescribed drugs. I really liked the chapter on nutrition and the importance of what you put in your body effects your mood. She goes into the list of what you should stay away from and what you could eat to help alleviate the attacks. This is a must download for anyone who suffers from these kinds of attacks.

Unless you understand what really causes your anxiety, you will keep following instructions of people who don't understand and feel your body. You are the only person on this planet that can understand and help your body. Reading of Marta's books helps me to fught anxiety and feel strong and healthy. There are so many great pieces of advice, that you should really read and think about the ways of erasing your anxiety with natural remedies. Help your body and your body will help you to become happy. Recommended!
