Best solar panels I have purchased.
Bernice
I now have three of these and the 130 watt panel feeding the 500 watt grid tie inverter.

As for the panels, they are extremely efficient and when wired correctly work very well.

I bought 4 of these for my solar charger set up. Here are some details:
- Hooked up series-series-parallel (24v)
- 100' PV cable run using 10 AWG cable
- MPPT charger (Tracer 30 amp) with meter
- Three true deep cycle marine batteries connected in parallel with 1 gauge cable
- Power Bright 3500 watt inverter

I can send you a picture or two...just let me know. As for the panels, they are extremely efficient and when wired correctly work very well.

PROS
- Great build quality
- Quick delivery
- 100w + output in full Oklahoma sun
- Lightweight
- 25 year warranty
- Rated for 1" hail at 52 MPH

CONS
- Had to drill out mounting holes to fit 3/8" bolts
- MC4 connectors are okay, but had to file the clips down to get cable connections to separate
- Renogy Z brackets work well, but had to expand the holes to fit larger mounting bolts. Expensive brackets...but worth it
- Had to use a DVM to make these solar panels to work in a series...once figured out which cable goes where...it worked great. There are diodes inside the solar panels that will steer the voltages the correct way...if not, they will not work as well.

TECHY STUFF
- In my configuration, the Tracer meter is reading 40v coming down from the array at 20 amps. Rough math (using 24v scale) that equates to 480 watts. So, during full sun, I am getting 120 watts per panel.
- When MPPT charger has batteries fully charged, it goes into "boost" mode. Current from the panels drops and only produces power enough to run stuff off the inverter. This is cool!
- The panel cables look like 12 AWG into the MC4 connectors. For cable lengths 50' or more, use 10 AWG PV solar cable. Glad I am...

I have to say that I am impressed. The item came in and from the start we could tell it was solid build quality and already had MC4 pigtails ready to go.

On the first morning the sun had not even broke the horizon when I noticed the pretty blue light on my charge controller telling me the battery in my camper was charging. I thought to myself, this couldn't be, the suns not over the horizon yet.
Around mid-day I decided to check and see how many amps I was getting out of this panel. WOW... is exactly what I said when it read 6.43 amps on a nice bright sunny day.
It's been a couple of weeks not and this panel recharges the batteries in my camper every single day in sun, clouds and rain.
I will be ordering another one soon.

Yes, I would greatly suggest you purchase this panel if you are considering solar.

This panel delivers as advertised, the price per watt cannot be beat at this time. It was not clear to me if the panel came with mp4 connectors, it does, amazon should make it clear as it is a feature.

I have had these for a couple weeks hooked up to my 12 volt battery system. The panels were a fantastic price and included shipping which was a huge bonus as sometimes shipping can be 30 percent or more on solar purchases. The panels are working great, and they produce a surprising amount of energy on cloudy days. For instance, in full sun, each panel produces about 5.5 amps per hour here in sunny Colorado. On a cloudy day the panels are producing 2 to 3 amps per hour each, and in very dense storm clouds they are still producing a small amount of power around 1 amp. I have ordered another one to up my electric production and probably will adding more as I can afford them.

I'd been looking at solar panels for at least a couple of years but never saw anything that I considered reasonable for the price. Then I saw this one. At first, I hesitated because I couldn't believe that a 100-watt panel that was about $50 cheaper than any other I'd seen could be all that good. But, based on the reviews here, I crossed my fingers and took the plunge. I'm really glad I did.

I bought this to use for extended camping trips. I made some folding legs out of angle aluminum, hooked it to a Sunforce 60031 10 Amp Digital Charge Controller and a Power Sonic PS12350 12 Volt 35 aH Sealed Lead Acid Battery and, during a 5-day trip which included a couple of very overcast and scattered rain days, I never had an issue with low voltage. I didn't carry a meter to read the amps, but the blue charge light on the controller stayed lit even under overcast skies and the voltage reading on the meter never dropped much below 12 volts.

The battery was used to charge and run a laptop, an mp3 player, a Logitech S715i Portable 30-Pin iPod/iPhone Speaker Dock (ALL day long and half the night), and to run a mattress inflator, a fan and a couple of LED lights at night. (Yes, I rough it fairly smoothly!) I also charged a few smart phones for the people in my group. I never had anything drop out due to low voltage and, since the last day of the trip was sunny, I came home with a fully charged battery.

I'm impressed with the build quality.
