I used this tape immediately to repair the wiring harness on my outboard motor. Peeling back the clear layer is a bit of a pain, but I got it on and it works great. solid, waterproof and protects better than electrical tape.
I later found the exact same product sold at Harbor Freight for less than half the price.

This tape roll is actually 12' long and not 36' like the description states. Therefore making it not worth it to buy it here since you can get it for half the price at harbor freight and other places.

As for the tape itself. Its awesome and everyone should own a roll. Does exactly what it says it will do.

This stuff is the best. Right up there with Velcro, and zip lock bags. Everyone should always keep it on hand. Like Velcro it only stick to it's self. It could take years to think of all the things you can do with it. There should be a contest. It's like duct tape meets Velcro. I hope when it get better know it get cheaper! I'm thinking of making a MP3 player case with it.

it works just as stated, did a great job. any outdoorsman should have a roll in his tool kit be it in the woods or on the water. It easily could be a life saver if not a day saver. Dean

I used this tape to make a rubber grommet to dampen vibrations on a bracket for my CD changer in
my car. Fused just like they say it will. Make sure you have a plan as to where and how you will
implement the tape so as to not wast any.

This tape is great. It sticks to itself but nothing else. I bought it for assembling small wooden boxes I make in my woodshop. One night several members of my family started to list the useful applications for this tape....and the list just went on and on. We actually had a great time with our creative thinking. Highly recommended.

I had a 1/2 inch crack in a pvc lawn irrigation pipe under around 75psi. I cleaned and wrapped with 9 layers of the tape, the entire roll. I stretched it as far as it would stretch as I wrapped. When I turned on the water, the tape moved, ballooned and popped within 10 seconds. Useless

Multiple uses; very handy. We have repaired a lot of pipes and garden hoses and works great.

I have found this type of tape eminently useful for many applications. I wouldn't expect 700psi out of it, but other than that no problems with the tape itself. Two stars lost since the description states it is a 36 foot roll, when in fact it is only 12 foot. Take this into account and there are cheaper sellers.

This product was less than half the price of other sites. I used it to seal a minor drip in my hot water baseboard heating pipe. I found that you really had to stretch it tight to get it to work. However, on the second attempt it worked.
