These cups remind me of growing up when they were common. They seem durable and of good quality. Recommended.

My son wanted a set of these, he remembers drinking out of these on our many vists to grandmas house. I ordered these on a Monday and was given a delivery date of 12/28/10- 12/31/10. Imagine my surprise when the were delivered in time for Christmas Eve. The quality of these tumblers are outstanding and look and feel just like we remember. He was greatly surprised.

I first saw some colorful vintage tumblers like these in a flea market magazine, which catapulted me back in time to when my mother collected them.

They were cottage cheese containers in the 1950s, and my mother acquired many of them.

I don't know what happened to her set, but when I saw these in the magazine, I knew that I had to check to see if Amazon had some. And they did!

Mine arrived yesterday, and I gleefully stashed them in my little country cupboard with vintage collectibles. And yes, these are new and are facsimiles of the ones my mother collected, but they do take me back. And I treasure them.

I love these tumblers! They are just like the one's my Gram had when I was little. They make water taste great and they keep drinks nice and cold. Perfect for kids to use. One draw back is they must be hand washed or the finish will fade off. (This warning is marked on the packages) I don't mind handwashing, and they clean in seconds. They also make a fun table for casual dining with bright colorful tableware. Plus, they are made from a renewable resource.

These tumblers are just what I was looking for. The colors are vibrant, and the cups are sturdy. They take me down memory lane to the aluminum cups I drank from at my grandmothers house. Perfect for cold drinks, and a festive touch to any gathering.

Just as I remembered from years ago. Definitely keep your drinks cold. Sturdy, unbreakable, and colorful. The "pink" is very similar to the purple and one is red. Wish they could go in the dishwasher, but other than that one complaint, I really like them!
